Granite

Granite, the natural stone product that gives you the unyielding endurance and the elegant countertops you've always dreamed of having. Granite is formed when erupting volcanoes produce the flow of magma or lava which seeps into the earths crust and settles around the rocks. The extreme pressure created in the center of the earth compresses the liquid magma as it cools which eventually solidifies and hardens into a rock formation. This creates a very dense material which makes granite's surface tough and scratch resistant. Granite has proven to be very heat-resistant, scratch resistant and will not loose its color and beauty over time. Granite is a natural stone product and needs to be resealed every 3-5 years to prevent staining and discoloration of the product.
